LOEWE — Madrid is hiring a Payroll & Administration Specialist to manage Spanish payroll and personnel administration for the manufacturing plant.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Spain, ensuring accurate and timely calculation of salaries, bonuses and other compensation components.
  • Administer the full employee life cycle for manufacturing-plant staff: onboarding, internal moves and terminations, including preparation of employment contracts and termination agreements.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records and relevant HCM system data; process and verify time & attendance information for payroll runs.
  • Ensure compliance with Spanish labor legislation and applicable collective bargaining agreements; liaise with external authorities on payroll-related matters and audits.
  • Act as a point of escalation for payroll and personnel administration queries, collaborating with HR teams and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in payroll administration in Spain or an equivalent HR/payroll role.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Spanish labor law, tax regulations and the application of collective agreements.
  • Proficiency with payroll systems (ideally Meta4) and HCM platforms (SuccessFactors or similar).
  • Advanced competency in MS Office, strong numerical and analytical aptitude, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and to provide high-quality internal customer service.
  • Fluent English; Spanish language proficiency highly desirable given the regulatory and operational context.

Experience
