LOEWE is hiring an Orderbook Specialist in Madrid to manage order lifecycle, allocations and data analysis for the Supply Chain team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Consolidate demand from internal stakeholders and execute accurate order entries across the system.
  • Process order modifications and cancellations in accordance with business rules and timelines.
  • Ensure strict adherence to established processes and procedures to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Manage and follow up on internal requests from commercial, logistics and retail teams, ensuring timely execution.
  • Perform data analysis to inform strategic decisions and provide visibility on deliveries and service levels.
  • Execute allocation processes in the system driven by business priorities and inventory constraints.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to communicate critical deadlines and escalate issues affecting delivery or service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in order management, supply chain, logistics or a closely related function (retail/fashion luxury experience advantageous).
  • Degree or professional background in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrable attention to detail, strong organisational skills and reliable time management.
  • Proactive, improvement-focused mindset with experience implementing process or tooling enhancements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders.
