LOEWE Operations Expert, Las Vegas – Direct merchandise flow and inventory in luxury retail. Full-time, permanent position at Crystals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Direct the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store in accordance with shipping and receiving policies
- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion
- Support sales staff by locating and retrieving in-stock merchandise not currently displayed on the sales floor
- Anticipate merchandise maintenance requirements and provide proactive solutions to space and storage challenges
- Maintain adequate packaging inventory levels and order replenishments in anticipation of business needs
- Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed and labeled
- Participate in inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and incoming/outgoing shipments according to established procedures
- Complete all documentation and procedures related to inventory maintenance, including damages reports and returns
- Partner with management on replenishment strategies for sold-out styles
- Maintain store housekeeping standards and contribute to visual presentation
- Coordinate the movement and storage of fixtures, furniture, merchandise, and props to support merchandising and visual needs
- Support facility and fixture maintenance, coordinating cleaning and repairs as required
- Actively participate in visual merchandising maintenance and updates driven by sell-through patterns
- Package client merchandise to the highest standards, ensuring brand-appropriate presentation
- Lead all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing or delayed shipments
- Document all client deliveries, track merchandise, and locate items when necessary
- Follow up consistently on any shipping, alteration, or client-related issues to ensure resolution
- Assist other departments and the sales floor as needed and directed by store management
- Exemplify brand core values in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of operations, inventory management, or receiving/shipping experience in a retail or luxury environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management systems and reconciliation processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
- Physical capability to lift, move, and handle merchandise and fixtures regularly
- Professional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in operations, inventory management, or receiving and shipping within a retail or luxury goods environment, with demonstrated expertise in inventory reconciliation, merchandise organization, and logistical coordination.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in inventory management, logistics, or retail operations is advantageous.
