Role & Responsibilities

• Direct the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store; ensure shipping/receiving policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
• Maintain stockroom inventory in a secure, organized and efficient manner, including ticketing, packaging levels and replenishment.
• Manage and process inter‑store transfers, stock rotations and incoming/outgoing shipments in accordance with company procedures.
• Plan, prepare and participate in inventories and cycle counts; lead reconciliation efforts and accurately document discrepancies (damages, RTVs, etc.).
• Coordinate client deliveries end‑to‑end: package merchandise to brand standards, document deliveries, locate missing items and resolve shipping or alteration issues.
• Support the sales floor by locating and preparing merchandise not on the sales floor; partner with management on replenishment of sold‑out styles.
• Assist visual merchandising and operations teams with movement and storage of fixtures, props and merchandise; participate in regular VM maintenance.
• Support facility and fixture maintenance by coordinating cleaning and repairs and assisting with general housekeeping to maintain the store image.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of retail operations, inventory or stockroom experience — luxury retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrable proficiency in inventory control processes including cycle counting, reconciliation and inter‑store transfers.
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate paperwork for shipping/receiving and returns.
• Client‑oriented approach with professionalism in handling deliveries, customer interactions and brand presentation.
• Ability to perform physical duties regularly required in stockroom operations (lifting, bending, prolonged standing).

Experience

Minimum three years of hands‑on retail operations, stockroom or inventory management experience; prior experience within luxury or premium retail environments is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary coursework or certification in retail operations, logistics or merchandising is advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 26 per hour.
