LOEWE Barcelona internship: Operations and Data Analyst supporting material purchasing analysis and inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the definition of specifications for a Power BI-based data analysis report focused on material purchasing analysis, including business requirements gathering, data mapping, and KPI definition
- Develop dashboard visualizations and deliver the first version of the analytics platform for material purchasing insights
- Analyze inventory discrepancies between LOEWE WMS and LOEWE ERP systems to ensure data consistency
- Monitor and reconcile LOGWIN WMS versus LOEWE ERP inventory records
- Track inventory-related metrics including turnover rates and variance analysis across warehouse systems
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university program allowing internship agreement (convenio de beca) signature
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Business Analytics
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency
- EU students must possess a valid student NIE; non-EU students must have required working permits

Beginner-level; final-year student or recent graduate with academic exposure to operations, supply chain, or business analytics.
Education
Degree program or recent graduation in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Business Analytics.
