Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate omnichannel projects from early scoping through to launch and post-launch follow-up
• Structure priorities, plans, and ways of working across business, IT, and regional teams
• Act as a connector between different teams, ensuring alignment and coordinated progress
• Monitor key milestones, risks, and dependencies to maintain delivery on track
• Support the definition and documentation of business needs and user requirements
• Contribute to testing (UAT), rollout preparation, and adoption of new capabilities in stores and markets
• Help improve existing omnichannel processes and simplify cross-channel ways of working
• Ensure key information, decisions, and documentation are clear and accessible to all stakeholders
• Support governance routines (follow-ups, meetings, decision tracking) to maintain project momentum
• Help ensure new tools and services are properly understood and adopted by teams across regions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in complex, cross-functional environments
• Proven experience working on technical or digital projects (eCommerce, retail systems, omnichannel tools, POS, OMS, or similar)
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage priorities, dependencies, and multiple workstreams concurrently
• Structured mindset with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with pragmatic and solution-oriented problem-solving
• Ability to translate business needs into clear actions and follow-ups
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required); French is a plus
• Experience with transformation or process improvement initiatives (preferred)
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid ways of working (preferred)

Experience

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in complex, cross-functional environments, with demonstrated success on technical or digital initiatives such as eCommerce platforms, retail systems, omnichannel tools, POS, or order management systems (OMS). Exposure to transformation or process improvement initiatives is advantageous.

Education
