LOEWE Omnichannel & Client Intern, Madrid, Spain – 6–12 month internship in luxury fashion with study support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support omnichannel strategy and client experience initiatives across retail and digital channels
- Assist with client relationship management (CRM) platform operations and data analysis
- Contribute to digital marketing campaigns and consumer behaviour analysis
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment with strong attention to detail
- Analyze performance metrics and consumer data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer-oriented solutions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in university studies with the ability to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca)
- High level of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Passionate about luxury, retail, client experience, and digital transformation
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
