LOEWE seeks a Merchandising Manager for RTW & Shoes in Singapore to drive regional strategy across Southeast Asia and Oceania. Lead assortment planning, inventory optimization, and market analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor weekly, monthly, and yearly business performance, providing actionable insights and recommending strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Develop and manage seasonal merchandise assortments aligned with regional business objectives and global merchandising strategies
- Review sell-through, allocations, replenishment and inventory performance across all stores, developing targeted action plans with cross-functional teams
- Oversee price updates, assortment maintenance, and merchandise consolidation across SEAO
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure optimal inventory levels, efficient product flow, and successful execution of seasonal launches
- Partner closely with Visual Merchandising to define store segmentation, product launches, and merchandising strategies aligned with global and regional guidelines
- Align merchandising, commercial, and promotional strategies while incorporating market and store feedback into future planning
- Deliver seasonal product training in partnership with Retail Training to equip store teams with product knowledge and commercial acumen
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to monitor industry trends, customer preferences, pricing, and product offerings
Qualifications
- 8–10 years' experience in retail merchandising within leading Fashion or Luxury brands, preferably in RTW and Shoes categories
- Excellent product sensibility, particularly in RTW and Shoes
- Strong analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of retail KPIs
- Team-oriented with proven ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Demonstrated sense of initiative, ownership, and accountability for business results
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proactive mindset with capacity to think innovatively
Skills
Experience
8–10 years in retail merchandising within leading fashion or luxury brands, preferably with direct experience in Ready-to-Wear and Shoes merchandising. Proven expertise in developing regional merchandising strategies, managing seasonal assortments, and driving commercial performance in multi-market environments.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; tertiary education in Fashion, Business Administration, Merchandising, or related disciplines is preferred.
