LOEWE Merchandising Manager, RTW & Shoes – Singapore. Lead regional merchandising strategy for Ready-to-Wear and Shoes across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor weekly, monthly, and yearly business performance, providing actionable insights and recommending strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Develop and manage seasonal merchandise assortments aligned with regional business objectives and global merchandising strategies
- Review sell-through, allocations, replenishment, and inventory performance across all stores, developing targeted action plans with cross-functional teams
- Oversee price updates, assortment maintenance, and merchandise consolidation across SEAO region
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure optimal inventory levels, efficient product flow, and successful execution of seasonal launches
- Partner closely with Visual Merchandising to define store segmentation, product launches, and merchandising strategies aligned with global and regional guidelines
- Align merchandising, commercial, and promotional strategies while incorporating market and store feedback into future planning
- Deliver engaging seasonal product training in partnership with Retail Training, equipping store teams with strong product knowledge and commercial focus
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis, monitoring industry trends, customer preferences, pricing, and product offerings to identify opportunities
Qualifications
- 8–10 years' experience in retail merchandising within leading Fashion or Luxury brands
- Demonstrated product sensibility, particularly in Ready-to-Wear and Shoes categories
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in retail KPIs
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
- Initiative and sense of ownership with accountability for business results

8–10 years in retail merchandising within leading Fashion and Luxury brands, preferably with substantive experience in Ready-to-Wear and Shoes categories. Proven track record of driving commercial performance and managing regional assortments in a global luxury environment is essential.
