Merchandising Assistant position at LOEWE New York. Support merchandising operations, reporting, and special projects. $20/hour temporary role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform weekly reporting duties and merchandising analysis as directed
- Assist with daily merchandising responsibilities, including building, editing, and creating buybooks; manage product lifecycle processes
- Assist in elaborating merchandising and training seasonal tools
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to track launch dates, client reservations, and project deadlines
- Support merchandising communications with retail teams and provide product knowledge materials
- Provide support in preparing buying sessions for the merchandising team
- Execute special projects as directed, including new store openings and store visits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in fashion, business, or related field, or minimum two years of related professional or internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); prior experience with Microstrategy and CEGID preferred
- Demonstrated passion for the fashion and luxury goods industry
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with evolving deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to take initiative
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work across global and local teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent work ethic and multitasking ability
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of related work or internship experience. Prior experience in the luxury or fashion business is advantageous. Must be available for in-office attendance as required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in fashion, business, or related field preferred; or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 20 per hour.
