Merchandiser role at LOEWE Singapore: drive buy and allocation strategy for Southeast Asia & Oceania. Analyze sales data, manage inventory, support launches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage initial allocation, replenishment, and stock consolidation across SEAO markets
- Oversee launch planning and coordinate with Visual Merchandising team on delivery status and timing
- Generate and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to provide strategic recaps to management
- Develop and maintain assortment plans by cluster, including visual presentation materials
- Support new store openings and prepare optimal opening stock configurations
- Conduct comprehensive market research, monitor customer behavior trends, and analyze competitor positioning and pricing strategies
- Partner with merchandising managers to establish sales targets by key product lines, strategic groups, countries, and individual stores, then monitor performance against targets
- Track and update sales and inventory forecasts for carry-over and permanent items, managing re-orders as needed
- Monitor top-selling products and stock levels by country and store to optimize inventory distribution
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of merchandising experience in leading fashion and luxury brands, preferably specializing in leather goods
- Strong product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear, and footwear categories
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and commercial presentations
- Proven analytical capabilities with demonstrated understanding of retail key performance indicators
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and initiative-taking abilities

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in retail merchandising within leading fashion or luxury brands, with a preference for candidates with leather goods expertise.
