LOEWE seeks a Merchandiser in Singapore for Southeast Asia & Oceania buy and allocation strategy—temporary, hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage initial allocation, replenishment, and stock consolidation across the region
- Oversee launch planning and coordinate delivery status of planned items with Visual Merchandising teams
- Generate and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management review
- Support buying decisions including assortment by cluster and product presentation materials
- Facilitate store opening preparations and opening stock management
- Conduct market research and monitor trends, customer behavior, competitor pricing, and product offerings
- Partner with merchandising managers to establish and monitor sales targets by key lines, strategic groups, country, or store level
- Track sales and stock performance for carry-over and permanent items versus forecast; manage re-orders
- Monitor top-performing products and inventory levels by country and store
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail merchandising experience in leading Fashion or Luxury brands, preferably in Leather Goods
- Strong product sensibility, particularly in Leather Goods, Ready-to-Wear, and Footwear
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical capabilities
- Deep understanding of retail KPIs and commercial metrics
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail merchandising experience in leading Fashion or Luxury brands, preferably specializing in Leather Goods.
