Merchandiser role at LOEWE in Singapore, supporting buy and allocation across Southeast Asia and Oceania. Permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage initial allocation, replenishment, and stock consolidation across the SEAO region
- Monitor and manage launch plans, coordinating with Visual Merchandising teams on delivery status and timing
- Generate and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management review and strategic planning
- Support buying process including assortment development by cluster and product presentation materials
- Coordinate store openings and prepare opening inventory and stock positions
- Conduct market research to monitor trends, customer behavior, competitor offerings, and pricing strategy
- Partner with merchandising managers to establish sales targets by key lines, strategic product groups, countries, and stores
- Track and update sales and stock forecasts for carry-over and permanent items, manage re-orders
- Monitor top-performing products and inventory levels by country and store location
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of retail merchandising experience in leading fashion and luxury brands, preferably in leather goods
- Strong product sensibility with knowledge of leather goods, ready-to-wear, and footwear categories
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated understanding of retail KPIs and performance metrics

Minimum 3 years of retail merchandising experience in leading fashion and luxury brands, preferably with significant exposure to leather goods categories.
