LOEWE Merchandiser (SEAO) role in Singapore: support buying, allocation, and inventory analysis for luxury leather goods across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage initial allocation, replenishment, and stock consolidation processes across the region
- Monitor and track delivery status of planned items for launch initiatives in collaboration with Visual Merchandising teams
- Generate and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and inventory reports for management review
- Support buying decisions through assortment recommendations, product data organization, and presentation development
- Coordinate store opening preparation and optimize opening stock levels
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer behavior patterns, competitor pricing strategies, and product offerings
- Partner with merchandising managers to establish sales targets by key product lines, strategic categories, and geographic markets
- Track and analyze sales performance against forecasts, manage re-orders and carry-over item decisions
- Monitor top-performing products and inventory levels across countries and store locations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in retail merchandising with leading fashion or luxury brands, preferably in leather goods
- Strong product sensibility across leather goods, ready-to-wear, and footwear categories
- Demonstrated proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and retail management systems
- Strong analytical mindset with understanding of key retail performance indicators (KPIs)
- Self-motivated with meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in retail merchandising or buying support roles within luxury fashion or leather goods brands, with proven success in allocation, inventory planning, and sales analysis.
