Loewe Media Trainee (Temporary) in New York — support luxury fashion marketing campaigns across paid media channels. $20/hr, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the strategic planning and execution of paid media campaigns under guidance from the Marketing Manager and Head of Department
- Maintain comprehensive and current media plans, including campaign timelines, specifications, and budget allocations
- Prepare post-campaign analysis reports to provide insights for future strategy refinement
- Coordinate the allocation and delivery of creative assets across print, digital, and out-of-home activations
- Conduct competitive research and trend analysis to identify opportunities and inform campaign development
- Manage campaign documentation, including screenshots, proof-of-posting, and meeting minutes to ensure accurate record-keeping
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in media, communications, or marketing (relevant internships considered)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong spreadsheet management and data entry skills
- Demonstrated passion for fashion, social media, and traditional and digital media landscapes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively
- Superior organizational and time management capabilities

Experience
1–2 years of experience in media, communications, or marketing roles, with relevant internship experience considered equivalent.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
