LOEWE in Madrid seeks a Marketing Project Manager (maternity cover) to coordinate 360º campaigns, content and cross‑team delivery at HQ.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end 360° marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery of briefs, assets and content across channels.
- Act as the primary liaison between creative, media, regional and HQ stakeholders, aligning timelines and priorities to business objectives.
- Lead weekly project-status and content-approval meetings to drive decision-making and maintain momentum.
- Collaborate with the Media team to ensure assets are produced and delivered in accordance with media plans and technical specifications.
- Plan and balance creative workloads across art directors and copywriters; anticipate and source external or freelance support when required.
- Identify project risks and bottlenecks early and propose pragmatic mitigation plans to preserve timelines and quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and ways of working to enhance cross-team collaboration and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years' experience in project management within content, advertising, creative industries or fashion/luxury environments.
- Proven track record coordinating 360° marketing campaigns and end-to-end content production.
- Exceptional organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems is a plus.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
