LOEWE Client Advisor (Part-time, 15 hrs) in London — deliver exceptional client service and grow a personal client book for the Accessories team at Selfridges.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that fosters emotional connection and long-term loyalty.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the store’s commercial objectives through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain a growing client book, ensuring accurate client data is recorded in company systems and used for ongoing engagement.
- Present product narratives and brand heritage with authoritative product knowledge and refined storytelling.
- Participate actively in visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor and stockroom meet LOEWE’s presentation and security standards.
- Support inventory management and undertake ad hoc back-of-house tasks as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues as a team player to support store initiatives, events and peak trading periods.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards and behavioural expectations at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in a customer-facing, retail or luxury environment with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales objectives.
- Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships through sensitive, personalised communication.
- Commercially minded, results-driven approach while maintaining a collaborative team ethic.
- Strong interest in fashion, art and culture and the ability to translate this into client interactions.
- Confident, adaptable and empathetic interpersonal style; inclusive and open-minded approach to diverse clienteles.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a customer-centric role, preferably within luxury retail or high-end fashion, with evidence of achieving individual and team sales objectives and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or further study in fashion, luxury retail, hospitality or related fields is advantageous.
