Role & Responsibilities
- Anticipate work volumes and collaborate with the Planning & Inventory Department Manager to meet productivity targets.
- Establish and formalize procedures in the logistics area, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Communicate material and human resource needs to guarantee service.
- Ensure economic efficiency in the logistics area, contributing to the distribution center's success.
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate KPIs, developing action plans for improvement.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging idea contribution and decision-making.
- Conduct individual performance follow-ups and annual development interviews with team members.
- Collaborate with HR and Logistics Management on team professional projects, identifying training and development needs.
- Foster an open, attractive culture and healthy working environment, establishing collective management routines.
- Promote health and safety culture by exemplifying compliance with company rules.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations.
- Experience managing complex and diverse teams is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work afternoon shifts.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level.
