LOEWE Madrid seeks a Learning & Development Intern to support HR training initiatives and culture programs at this Spanish luxury fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage training logistics including venue booking and online session scheduling for programs such as DE&I and Discovering LOEWE
- Assist in creating and updating training materials, presentations, and learning resources to maintain current and effective content
- Track training activities, invoices, and purchase orders while managing budget compliance and financial processes
- Support projects promoting learning culture and diversity initiatives, including content updates on the Loop L&D Community and 360L registrations
Qualifications
- Ability to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university
- Student NIE if from EU; working permit if from outside EU
- Interest in fashion, culture, and human resources career development
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in work quality
- Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English; additional languages preferred
