LOEWE Learning & Development Internship in Madrid, Spain – Support HR team with training programs, content, and L&D initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate training logistics including venue selection, online session scheduling, and resource management for programs such as DE&I initiatives and Discovering LOEWE Madrid
- Assist in developing and updating training materials, presentations, and learning resources to ensure relevance and effectiveness
- Track training activities, invoices, and purchase orders while supporting budget management and financial process optimization
- Support organizational projects designed to advance learning culture and diversity initiatives, including content updates on the Loop L&D Community and 360L registration systems
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a university student with the ability to sign a formal internship agreement (convenio de beca)
- For EU citizens: valid student NIE; for non-EU citizens: appropriate working permit
- Fluent in Spanish and English with professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Skills
Experience
Entry-level experience or recent exposure to HR, training coordination, or administrative support preferred. Candidates transitioning into Human Resources are encouraged to apply.
Education
Currently enrolled in a university degree program; field of study in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline strongly preferred.
