Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing and monitoring IT transformation projects, supporting project managers across the project lifecycle.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of project data and maintain centralised project records and documentation.
- Prepare and consolidate status reports, presentations and stakeholder communications for programme governance.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute process-improvement ideas and support follow-up actions.
- Collaborate in tracking project resources, timelines and budgets, escalating risks and variances as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
- Currently enrolled in a programme that permits a formal internship agreement (convenio de beca).
- High level of Spanish and English; additional languages advantageous.
- Proven attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- EU candidates must hold a student NIE; non-EU candidates require a valid work permit for internships.
