LOEWE Madrid: IT Digital Project Manager (temporary) leading eCommerce and omnichannel digital delivery. Fluent English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead IT delivery of digital and omnichannel projects, ensuring quality, efficiency and alignment with business objectives
- Partner with Business Omnichannel teams to define requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Coordinate project activities across multiple IT teams, managing dependencies, timelines and risks
- Oversee the evolution and continuous improvement of LOEWE's eCommerce ecosystem, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud and connected platforms
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence
- Promote best practices in IT architecture, performance, security, scalability and process automation
- Support Agile ways of working through backlog management, prioritization, testing and delivery planning
- Monitor project and product performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvements
- Ensure comprehensive documentation, governance and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and digital trends, bringing innovative ideas to the business
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Digital Project Manager or similar role
- Solid understanding of digital ecosystems and eCommerce platforms, including integrations with CRM, OMS, Payments and Logistics systems
- Proven experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) highly advantageous
