LOEWE is hiring an IT Digital Project Manager for a temporary paternity cover role in Madrid, Spain, leading digital and omnichannel projects for luxury eCommerce.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead IT delivery of digital and omnichannel projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives
- Partner with Business Omnichannel teams to define requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Coordinate project activities across multiple IT teams, managing dependencies, timelines, and risks effectively
- Oversee evolution and continuous improvement of LOEWE's eCommerce ecosystem, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud and connected platforms
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence
- Promote best practices in IT architecture, performance, security, scalability, and process automation
- Support Agile ways of working through backlog management, prioritization, testing, and delivery planning
- Monitor project and product performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvements
- Ensure comprehensive documentation, governance, and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and digital trends, bringing innovative solutions to the business
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Digital Project Manager, or similar role
- Solid understanding of digital ecosystems and eCommerce platforms, including integrations with CRM, OMS, Payments, Logistics, or similar systems
- Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is advantageous
