LOEWE Perfumes seeks a Retail Project Manager Intern in Madrid to support international brand image implementation and visual merchandising across Europe, Americas, and Middle East markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the International Visual Merchandising & Architecture Project Manager in ensuring correct brand image implementation at points of sale across LOEWE Perfumes markets in Europe, Americas, and Middle East
- Coordinate and execute brand image guidelines for corporate furniture displays, including creation and adaptation of planogram kits for different markets
- Create, maintain, and update the international points-of-sale database on the company platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance with brand standards
- Manage corporate furniture maintenance coordination while ensuring visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines
- Oversee product launch activities including visual changes, merchandising adaptations, and window display management across retail channels
- Prepare and manage proposals for podiums, window displays, and promotional elements including plans, renders, artwork, prototypes, and budget submissions
- Follow up on all supplier projects through implementation phase, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Create market-specific adaptations of global merchandising guides for various retail channels and geographies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in product design, interior design, or related field; Master's degree is advantageous
- Fluent English language proficiency (C1 level minimum)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, IWD, and AutoCAD
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within compressed timeframes
- University enrollment for a minimum 6-month full-time internship agreement

Beginner level; previous professional experience is advantageous but not required.

Bachelor's degree in product design, interior design, or related creative field. Master's degree is considered a plus.
