LOEWE seeks Industrial Sustainability Specialist (maternity cover) in Getafe, Spain. Lead traceability, compliance reporting and certified materials tracking across luxury fashion operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead consolidation, validation and update of raw material data for LVMH Cascade reporting, completing information manually as required and coordinating questionnaire or reporting changes with IT
- Incorporate external data into the reporting process, including packaging and leather/material information sourced beyond PLM or JDE systems
- Prepare reporting summaries and executive presentations for internal governance forums, including COMEX-level stakeholders
- Coordinate implementation of traceability projects with TextileGenesis, suppliers, Business Units, IT and LVMH partners
- Manage operational traceability activities including Purchase Order uploads, supplier data monitoring, issue resolution and API-related business requirements
- Prepare documentation and presentations for weekly IT meetings and Steering Committees in coordination with TextileGenesis
- Manage collection, follow-up and tracking of Transaction Certificates for certified materials, including supplier reminders and issue resolution
- Maintain raw material dashboards and Power BI reports, periodically extracting and updating PLM information to monitor sustainability progress
- Coordinate with Business Units on certified materials, Life 360 goals, Pre-Buy analysis and sustainability-related inquiries
- Manage data collection and submissions for regulatory frameworks including Agec Law, Fairly Made and the French Environmental Score, ensuring alignment with collection launch deadlines
- Coordinate with Fairly Made platform, internal teams, suppliers and Omnichannel to ensure accurate style and material data
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in traceability and sustainability, ideally within luxury goods, fashion or retail sectors
- Proven track record coordinating projects with IT teams
- Proficiency in supply chain management, material origins, traceability laws and certification standards including GRS, GOTS, CCS, OCS, FSC and PEFC
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint; Power Automate and PLM experience considered advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively in multicultural environments and with diverse teams
- Proactive, self-starter orientation with motivation to solve complex problems and develop actionable solutions
- Excellent organizational skills, structured thinking and collaborative team player mentality
- Executive-level presentation capabilities
- Fluent in English and Spanish; French language skills preferred
