LOEWE Madrid HR internship, 6–12 months, €800–900/month + lunch subsidy, for university students with internship agreement eligibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support HR department initiatives and objectives in a collaborative international setting
- Assist with talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR business partnering activities
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism
- Manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced luxury environment
- Build and maintain positive working relationships across different teams and departments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a university student with eligibility to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca)
- EU applicants: valid student NIE; non-EU applicants: valid work permit
- Fluent written and spoken English at a high level
- Demonstrated passion for people, talent development, and employee experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
