LOEWE Madrid seeks HR interns (September) with university backing. €800–900/month + lunch subsidy. 6–12 months, Monday–Friday.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support HR team in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and database management
- Contribute to learning and development projects and training programme coordination
- Support HR Business Partnering activities across departments
- Handle confidential HR information with professionalism and discretion
- Participate in special HR projects and cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university programme that permits an internship agreement (convenio de beca)
- EU students must hold a student NIE; non-EU students require a valid work permit
- Passionate about people management, talent development, and employee experience
- Strong written and spoken English; additional languages preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain meticulous attention to detail

Experience
Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or HR Business Partnering is essential.
Education
Currently enrolled in a university degree programme or equivalent higher education qualification.

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 800 to EUR 900 per month.
