HR Generalist at LOEWE in New York—support employee relations, compliance, and talent acquisition across North America. $72K–$90K annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and workplace issues, providing guidance on company policies and workplace expectations
  • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, policy violations, and workplace concerns while maintaining confidentiality
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and assist with implementation and interpretation of company policies
  • Support leave of absence, accommodation, and return-to-work processes in partnership with the HR team and third-party administrators
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes, partnering with candidates and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless employee experience
  • Assist with internal transfers, promotions, and employee movement processes
  • Support employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Assist with training and development programs for employees and managers
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics
  • Compile and analyze data related to turnover, employee relations, and engagement trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3–4 years of Human Resources experience, preferably within retail, hospitality, luxury, or customer-focused environments
  • Experience supporting employee relations matters and workplace investigations
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • High level of emotional intelligence and sound judgment

Experience
