LOEWE Historical Archive Intern, Getafe (Madrid) Spain — 6–12 month internship supporting cataloging and digitization of heritage collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Search for and retrieve archival documents by subject, including photographs, catalogs, individual press articles, and magazines
- Separate and arrange documents in chronological order
- Scan and digitize archival materials for the digital archive system
- Catalog scanned documents and create comprehensive metadata
- Organize physical archive shelves and storage systems in chronological sequence
- Conduct internal research on the historical usage and provenance of archival garments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an academic program that permits internship agreements (convenio de beca) with your university
- Possession of a student NIE if from the European Union, or valid working permit if from outside the EU
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and cultural heritage
- Strong interest in history, art history, or archival studies
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Experience
Beginner-level experience is acceptable; candidates need not have formal archival or fashion industry background.
Education
Currently enrolled in higher education studies (university or equivalent institution) with the ability to sign an internship agreement.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Getafe, Madrid, Spain, with easy access to Madrid.
