LOEWE seeks Head of Wholesale Business Performance and Transformation in Madrid, Spain—temporary maternity cover role reporting to Wholesale Director.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Wholesale Director and Finance Team in defining strategic plans, annual objectives, and budgets to ensure optimal business performance
  • Develop and maintain data-driven performance monitoring and reporting across Commercial, Merchandising, and Operations departments
  • Manage a junior team member and two interns, ensuring effective task allocation and prioritization
  • Support yearly budget creation, monthly financial reporting, and conduct ad-hoc financial analysis
  • Define and monitor invoicing targets monthly while ensuring alignment with Finance, Supply, and Operations teams
  • Partner with commercial teams to analyze market opportunities and conduct feasibility studies for expansion
  • Control annual CAPEX and OPEX expenditures
  • Oversee sales data management, ensure accurate reporting, and provide performance insights
  • Conduct sales analysis to identify growth opportunities and assist teams in implementing action plans
  • Generate insightful presentations for key stakeholders, including recurring COMEX meetings
  • Govern e-concession systems workflows, provide operational support, and oversee reconciliation processes
  • Prepare for and support buying sessions, ensuring alignment with regional commercial teams and financial objectives
  • Support retroplanning and order process workflows, acting as primary liaison with internal departments
  • Define and implement yearly transformation roadmap for wholesale projects with established priorities and business cases
  • Act as liaison between business teams and IT to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and track progress to ensure timely delivery of organizational goals

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in similar business performance, transformation, or wholesale management roles
  • High analytical skills with deep understanding of key business KPIs
  • Exceptional presentation skills and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable takeaways
  • Demonstrated experience in project management with background in consulting highly valued
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects involving multiple business functions and technical teams
  • Strong collaborative approach and meticulous attention to detail with pride in work quality
  • Fluency in English and Spanish with experience working in international environments
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Retail or luxury industry experience preferred
