LOEWE seeks Head of Industrial Supply Chain in Getafe, Spain. Lead luxury goods supply chain operations with 10+ years experience in manufacturing leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the procurement and planning teams, setting clear objectives and fostering professional growth
- Serve as key liaison fostering strong teamwork and communication with Supply Chain, Development, Quality, Production, and Logistics stakeholders
- Adjust and review workload distribution across the vendor network; manage and cultivate strong relationships with global vendors
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and coordinate supplier networks to improve service rates and lead times
- Implement and oversee inventory management strategies to minimize excess stock and optimize material flow without compromising production schedules
- Continuously analyse and improve supply chain processes, introducing innovative solutions and best practices to enhance efficiency and adapt to market demands
- Participate actively in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to define and monitor global capacity strategy across the manufacturing network
- Drive and monitor timely and efficient delivery of materials and components for new product launches and collection introductions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM) highly desirable
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate complex supply chain strategies and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure
- Demonstrated proficiency in supply chain analytics, forecasting, and ERP/MRP systems such as SAP and Anaplan
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is a strong advantage

Experience
Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with significant tenure in a leadership role within the luxury goods, fashion, or similarly complex, quality-driven manufacturing environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (APICS CSCP, CPIM) are highly desirable.
