LOEWE Madrid: Head of Digital Workplace and Employee Experience to lead global workplace technology strategy and employee digital services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and drive the Digital Workplace strategy to ensure technology services align with business priorities and employee needs
- Lead and develop a global team responsible for workplace services, user support, collaboration tools and employee technology experience
- Continuously improve the digital experience of employees by promoting user-centric solutions and identifying new ways of working
- Oversee the delivery of reliable, efficient and scalable workplace services across all regions and geographic markets
- Drive adoption and optimization of productivity and collaboration tools, supporting employees throughout their technology journey
- Partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions
- Lead workplace transformation and innovation initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve services, processes and employee satisfaction
- Manage key technology partners and vendors to ensure high service quality and strong business value delivery
- Monitor performance metrics, service quality indicators and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement across workplace services
Qualifications
- Significant experience leading Digital Workplace, End-User Services, Employee Experience or IT Service Delivery functions within an international environment
- Proven experience managing and developing global teams and driving large-scale transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of workplace technologies, collaboration platforms, endpoint management and user support services
- Experience working in customer-centric, retail, luxury or fast-paced global organizations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders and drive organizational change
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to build trusted relationships across organizational levels
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving
- Passion for creating exceptional employee experiences through technology innovation
