Hardware Industrialization Specialist at LOEWE, Getafe (Madrid). Drive luxury accessory production from design to series manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive time-to-production targets and manage launch schedules
- Review and validate aesthetics with Design teams in alignment with industrialization constraints
- Manage testing processes, including requests, follow-up, and validation alongside suppliers and quality teams
- Conduct price negotiations, capacity analysis, and evaluate tooling and mould investments for production
- Optimize manufacturing methods for each launch to drive cost improvements
- Oversee pre-series control, final approvals, master management, and PLM documentation
- Ensure system price updates and manage production risk analysis
- Provide technical expertise for root cause analysis and quality issue resolution
- Define, improve, and deploy technical standards across projects
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and countertyping analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, staying current with new technologies and manufacturing advancements
Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of experience managing development and/or purchasing for leather goods accessories, jewelry, or trimmings
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Materials Engineering
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Proficiency with ERP systems
- Knowledge of PLM (Centric) software (preferred)
- English proficiency at C1 or C2 level (mandatory)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role managing development and/or purchasing for leather goods accessories, jewelry, or trimmings.
Education
Degree in Industrial Engineering or Materials Engineering.
