Global Retail Operations Intern at Loewe, Madrid. 6–12 month internship in luxury retail operations with study support and mentorship in a dynamic, international environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update store operating procedures and handbooks by coordinating updates, gathering cross-departmental feedback, and creating clear, user-friendly guidelines that ensure consistency across all regions
- Develop and coordinate internal communications for retail teams, including presentations and virtual gatherings of the Global Retail Operations community
- Assist in implementing a monitoring flow for store operations KPIs, analysing data, identifying trends, and working with regional teams to drive efficiency improvements
- Monitor stock levels of retail packaging, support the introduction of new store assets, and participate in special packaging campaign management to ensure timely distribution
- Support the execution of retail operations initiatives and rollout of new projects designed to increase efficiency across stores and back-of-house operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Current enrolment in a university or accredited business school with ability to sign an internship agreement
- Valid student NIE (Foreigner Identification Number) if EU citizen, or valid work permit if non-EU citizen
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required; however, previous experience in retail and/or fashion environment is valued. Self-initiative and proactivity in solving operational challenges are essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or related field. Current enrolment in a university or accredited business school is required.
