Flagship In-Store Visual Merchandiser at LOEWE Madrid—lead visual standards in luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-opening window and store inspections, verifying cleanliness, product positioning, prop placement, mannequin styling, and lighting according to brand standards
  • Lead daily store opening preparations, checking visual merchandising standards across Men's and Women's categories including Accessories, Ready-to-Wear, Shoes, Jewellery, Eyewear, and Small Leather Goods
  • Plan weekly visual merchandising schedules to execute major moves, department updates, product launches, and window changes during pre-opening hours
  • Empower and guide the store team in maintaining visual merchandising standards throughout operating hours, fostering a culture of shared responsibility
  • Oversee display drawer organization and maintenance, ensuring comprehensive category representation and visual consistency
  • Manage visual merchandising prop inventory, including proper storage, organization, and availability for daily and campaign use
  • Establish structured communication with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager regarding product newness, inventory shortages, and improvement recommendations based on sales performance
  • Conduct regular floorwalks with Store Manager and Visual Merchandising Manager to evaluate standards and discuss long-term strategic initiatives
  • Lead the installation and launch execution of seasonal collections, including window displays, product zoning, and layout modifications
  • Provide visual merchandising training and guidelines support to Sales Associates and maintain ongoing team education on brand standards
  • Ensure closing team completion of visual merchandising checklists, maintaining display readiness for the following business day

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in luxury retail, preferably within a flagship store environment
  • Strong comprehensive product knowledge across diverse luxury categories
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in conveying visual merchandising updates to diverse stakeholders
  • Highly organized, proactive approach with meticulous attention to detail
  • Natural creativity and visual flair with demonstrated interest in visual merchandising career progression
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate store teams and foster collaborative, team-oriented culture
