LOEWE Finished Products Quality Manager in Getafe, Spain. Lead quality excellence in luxury leather goods manufacturing with 10+ years experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure finished products meet LOEWE's exacting quality standards and optimize quality control tools and methodologies
- Monitor quality KPIs, prepare comprehensive reports, and follow up on corrective action plans with suppliers and internal teams
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure effective root-cause analysis and resolution of quality issues
- Support new product launches and production ramp-ups from a quality perspective
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes, quality performance, and operational efficiency
- Lead, develop, and motivate the quality team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Make timely and effective decisions on quality issues while balancing quality standards, production requirements, and deadlines
- Lead quality-related projects and coordinate stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality, ideally within the luxury industry or demanding manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality tools, methodologies, and leather goods manufacturing processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis capabilities
- Demonstrated team leadership and people management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; Power BI and quality management tools are advantageous
- Strong organizational, project management, and strategic decision-making capabilities

Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in quality management, preferably within luxury fashion, high-end manufacturing, or similarly demanding production environments. Proven expertise in leading quality functions, implementing quality standards, and managing cross-functional teams in complex operational settings.
Education
Professional qualification or degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent professional experience and demonstrated expertise in quality systems are valued.
