LOEWE Finance Transformation Manager in Madrid, Spain. Drive ERP implementation and finance process improvements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of key finance transformation projects and contribute to the design of future finance processes and ways of working
- Lead the review and improvement of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize and enhance efficiency
- Act as the main business owner for JD Edwards (JDE), ensuring the system remains stable and effective while supporting its planned transition
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, IT and other teams to implement process and system improvements
- Support the implementation and optimization of SAP Finance solutions, helping ensure they meet business needs
- Coordinate testing, training and adoption activities to facilitate successful system and process changes
- Monitor project progress, risks and key milestones, providing clear updates to stakeholders
- Contribute to change management initiatives, helping teams adapt to new processes, tools and ways of working
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring processes remain efficient, compliant and fit for purpose
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Projects, Process Improvement or similar roles
- Strong understanding of finance processes, particularly Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Proven experience working with SAP Finance modules (FI/CO)
- Knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) or experience supporting ERP migration projects
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams and levels of the organization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
