Loewe is hiring a Fashion Stylist in Tokyo to develop VIC clients and deliver bespoke styling experiences for the maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and expand an elite VIC/high-net-worth client portfolio, leveraging existing relationships and cultivating new long-term client connections.
- Act as a trusted personal stylist and fashion consultant, delivering bespoke styling journeys across Ready-to-Wear, shoes, handbags and elevated wardrobe pieces.
- Identify high-potential clients and deepen engagement through tailored recommendations, private appointments and personalised follow-up to enhance lifetime value.
- Translate the Maison’s aesthetic into bespoke styling solutions that drive sales of higher-ticket and elevated items.
- Host one-on-one personalised styling sessions and private events, ensuring fittings are immersive, aspirational and commercially effective.
- Coach and inspire Client Advisors through morning briefings and monthly training, raising in-store styling standards and a full-look styling culture.
- Collaborate closely with store and HQ teams to activate clienteling and styling initiatives during key brand moments and private activations.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience in luxury retail, personal styling or client-facing fashion consultancy, with demonstrable success with affluent clientele.
- Established VIC or HNW client book and a proven track record of cultivating and growing elite client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven approach to meeting and exceeding sales and client retention objectives.
- Deep knowledge of contemporary fashion trends and Loewe’s silhouette; proven ability to curate coherent, elevated looks and wardrobes.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; confidence hosting private appointments and exclusive events.
- Collaborative mindset with experience mentoring or training retail advisors in styling techniques.
Experience
Minimum 5 years in luxury retail, personal styling or similar client-facing roles, with experience servicing high-net-worth clients and hosting private styling sessions.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in fashion, styling, merchandising or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail accepted.
