Loewe Fashion Stylist role in Shanghai. Curate elevated styling experiences for VIC clientele and mentor store team on luxury fashion expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Leverage an established network of VIC clients to cultivate new high-net-worth relationships and deepen their connection to the Maison
- Provide personalized styling consultations and act as a trusted fashion advisor, guiding clients through curated selections of ready-to-wear, footwear, handbags, and elevated pieces
- Identify and elevate high-potential clients through tailored recommendations, seamlessly translating the Maison's aesthetic into bespoke styling solutions
- Conduct immersive one-on-one personalized styling sessions to create memorable, aspirational experiences that strengthen client loyalty and emotional brand connection
- Lead styling culture within the store by mentoring Client Advisors during morning briefings and monthly training sessions, refining their styling proposals and elevating store expertise
- Collaborate with store and HQ teams to support clienteling activations and styling experiences during private events and key brand moments
- Demonstrate mastery of fashion trends and the Loewe silhouette, ensuring consistency with brand identity and inspiring the team through fashion authority
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury fashion styling or high-end personal styling
- Established VIC client book and proven track record in developing elite clientele relationships
- Demonstrated expertise in hosting private styling sessions and curating exclusive brand experiences
- Deep knowledge of luxury fashion trends, styling fundamentals, and wardrobe curation
- Strong affinity for contemporary luxury design and the Loewe aesthetic and design philosophy
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury fashion styling, personal styling, or high-end retail clienteling, with a demonstrated ability to build and cultivate an elite client book. Proven success in organizing and executing private styling sessions and exclusive brand experiences for affluent clientele is essential.
Education
No formal educational qualifications specified; however, formal training or certification in fashion styling, luxury retail, or related disciplines is advantageous.
