LOEWE in Dubai is hiring a Fashion Stylist to curate bespoke styling journeys for VIC and elite clients, driving in-store sales and styling excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Curate bespoke, full-look styling journeys for VICs and elite/high-net-worth clients across Ready-to-Wear, handbags, shoes and accessories.
- Proactively develop and expand an elite client portfolio through direct outreach, relationship-building and personalised proposals.
- Act as a trusted personal stylist and consultant during one-on-one appointments and private styling sessions, delivering an immersive, aspirational experience.
- Translate the Maison’s aesthetic into commercial styling solutions that drive sales of elevated pieces and reinforce brand silhouette in-store.
- Collaborate on clienteling and styling activations for private events and key brand moments to maximise client engagement and revenue.
- Lead by example within the store: demonstrate styling fundamentals, share trend knowledge and elevate team capability through briefings and regular training.
- Mentor and coach Client Advisors to adopt a full-look styling approach, improving conversion and average transaction values.
- Cultivate emotional connections between clients and the brand, reinforcing exclusivity, loyalty and long-term engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail, personal styling or high-end fashion consultancy with a demonstrable sales record.
- Established network of VICs or high-net-worth clients with a proven ability to cultivate and grow elite client relationships.
- Deep knowledge of luxury fashion trends, wardrobe planning and the Maison’s aesthetic; strong personal affinity for LOEWE’s product universe.
- Proven experience delivering private styling appointments and hosting exclusive client events.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to deliver a highly personalised luxury service.
- Coaching aptitude with experience training or mentoring retail advisors on styling and client engagement techniques.

Experience
Minimum 3 years in luxury retail, personal styling or fashion consultancy, with a proven client book of VIC/elite clients and measurable sales performance.
Education
Vocational qualification or degree in fashion, styling, luxury retail or a related discipline preferred; demonstrable professional experience may substitute formal education.
