LOEWE seeks Facilities Manager in Madrid. Oversee facility operations, contracts, maintenance, and compliance at luxury fashion headquarters.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of LOEWE facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality workplace environment
- Oversee facility service providers and contracts, including security, cleaning, catering, parking, maintenance, and renovation projects
- Lead facilities staff and external contractors, monitoring service performance, SLAs, KPIs, and cost efficiency
- Manage facilities budgets, procurement activities, and operational expenditures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and building regulations, including mandatory inspections, audits, risk assessments, and energy efficiency standards
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building management systems (BMS)
- Coordinate office space planning, workplace moves, refurbishment projects, and facility-related infrastructure requirements
- Develop and implement workplace policies, procedures, and best practices to support business operations
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated facility management
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through the use of CAFM tools, digital maintenance platforms, and workplace analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams and projects
- Strong attention to detail with strategic business perspective
- Commercial and customer service awareness
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask
- Proficiency with IT packages
- Fluent in Spanish and English

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, facility management, or equivalent related functions within a corporate or luxury environment.
Education
No specific formal education requirement stated; however, a degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related discipline is advantageous.
