LOEWE Events Manager position in Shanghai. Lead luxury brand events and experiential marketing initiatives with 5+ years' experience. Full-time on-site role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead conception and execution of all CRM and branding events, including cultural conversations, press days, and in-store activations
  • Develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience demographics
  • Manage event budgets with rigorous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
  • Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
  • Coordinate all operational logistics and on-site management throughout event lifecycle
  • Supervise event coordination staff, catering teams, and external contractors
  • Proactively resolve operational challenges and contingencies before, during, and after events
  • Conduct post-event analysis, prepare performance reports, and document strategic learnings for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of professional experience in luxury fashion event management
  • Demonstrated track record as an event manager within a luxury brand environment
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in event KPIs, performance metrics, and marketing-driven event strategies
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven negotiation ability
