Role & Responsibilities

• Support the SLGs and Accessories Merchandiser and the wider E‑merchandising team within Omnichannel on day‑to‑day tasks.
• Manage and optimise product presentation on loewe.com across multiple site locales to ensure visual consistency and commercial effectiveness.
• Monitor product information accuracy across all site markets and assist with catalogue maintenance.
• Prepare and contribute to weekly and monthly performance reports, analysing product performance and onsite KPIs.
• Extract, interpret and present data to inform digital merchandising strategies and improve the onsite user experience.
• Assist in the operational coordination of digital innovation projects, including Virtual Try‑On experiences, 3D product visualization for bags, and Size & Fit tool implementation.
• Participate in user testing and capture feedback for new digital features.
• Contribute to competitive benchmarking and research on digital trends and best practices in the luxury sector.
• Support product presentations to the wider Omnichannel team and collaborate with Content, Styling, Operations and Traffic/Planning stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university programme and able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca).
• Availability for a 6–12 month full‑time internship and ability to work on‑site according to the house schedule (typical hours: Mon–Thu 9:00–18:30; Fri 9:00–15:00).
• High level of written and spoken Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of deliverables.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
• EU candidates must hold a student NIE; non‑EU candidates must have the appropriate work permit.

Experience

Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Academic coursework, university projects or prior internships in merchandising, e‑commerce or fashion are advantageous.

Education

Current university student (bachelor’s or master’s level) eligible to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca).
