LOEWE seeks an E‑Merchandising Intern in Madrid to support digital merchandising, data analysis and UX projects within the Omnichannel team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the SLGs and Accessories Merchandiser and the wider E‑merchandising team in day‑to‑day management and optimisation of product presentation on loewe.com.
  • Monitor and ensure product information accuracy across all site locales and assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Extract, interpret and visualise sales and on‑site data to inform merchandising decisions and improve onsite user experience.
  • Assist in operational coordination and user testing for digital innovation projects including Virtual Try‑On experiences, 3D product visualisation for bags and Size & Fit tools.
  • Contribute to competitive benchmarking, market research on digital trends and present product updates to the Omnichannel team.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a university degree programme and able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca).
  • High level of Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Demonstrable interest in fashion and culture with a desire to pursue a career in merchandising or e‑commerce.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in the quality of work.
  • Eligibility to work in Spain (EU students: student NIE; non‑EU candidates: valid work permit).
  • Availability for a 6–12 month full‑time internship (typical hours: Mon–Thu 09:00–18:30; Fri 09:00–15:00).
