LOEWE — Madrid: E-commerce Risk and Payments Specialist role supporting fraud prevention, chargebacks and payment integrations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage chargebacks and payment disputes, collect supporting evidence and handle written correspondence to recover funds.
  • Optimize anti-fraud platform performance and perform detailed segmentation analyses to refine rules and decisioning.
  • Identify, investigate and report suspected fraudulent transactions, implementing mitigation strategies to reduce financial loss.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and policy updates to strengthen online security and fraud prevention.
  • Support integration, testing and rollout of new payment methods across multiple markets and channels.
  • Monitor and report key fraud and payment KPIs, producing actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Support e‑commerce operations by identifying, diagnosing and escalating payment-related technical issues.
  • Act as a central liaison with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Finance, IT) to manage regional risk considerations and remediation plans.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in e‑commerce fraud prevention, payments operations or risk management (international experience preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Finance, Business Administration, Payments, Criminal Justice or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable experience with payment platforms and fraud prevention tools (e.g., Adyen, Riskified).
  • Familiarity with machine learning fraud detection software and segmentation-based rule tuning.
  • Advanced analytical proficiency, including Excel and Power BI for reporting and KPI monitoring.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and capacity to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
