Distribution Planner, SEAO at LOEWE in Singapore. Full-time hybrid role optimizing inventory and product allocation across Southeast Asia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless distribution of seasonal and permanent collections by prioritizing allocations based on market demands and managing equitable replenishment during product shortages
- Define and manage stock targets across all stores, maintaining optimal inventory levels per location and region, with strategic rebalancing where necessary
- Anticipate retail demand fluctuations, accounting for store openings, sales peaks, and warehouse closures
- Optimize shipping flows and frequencies to improve service levels while minimizing transportation lead times
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to ensure timely and efficient in-store launches of seasonal collections
- Monitor stock targets by item and store to maintain strong availability of top-performing SKUs
- Provide central and regional teams with clear visibility of product deliveries, current stock status, and incoming shipments
- Oversee transfer efficiency and stock rebalancing, coordinating stock reversals to optimize back-of-house levels and sell-through rates
- Generate ad-hoc analyses and reporting to support business decisions
- Manage fulfillment of client orders through optimal stock allocation and rebalancing, escalating to headquarters when necessary
- Maintain close communication with store teams regarding stock and order status
- Track and analyze order conversion rates to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in distribution planning, with knowledge of replenishment models in the fashion industry
- Strong understanding of core inventory management KPIs, including Target Stock, Stock Coverage, and Fair Share principles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Experience with distribution tools or inventory planning software is advantageous
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in distribution planning, ideally within the fashion industry with familiarity in replenishment models. Demonstrated competency in operating within fast-paced, dynamic environments with strong ownership and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
Education
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
