LOEWE Digital Training Intern in Madrid – support mobile learning app rollout for global retail teams. 6-month internship with study support and mentorship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the transition and implementation of the new mobile learning application for retail teams worldwide
- Create digital learning content covering collections, products, brand culture, retail excellence, clienteling, people development, and leadership
- Upload, test, and maintain training content on the learning platform
- Support monthly reporting and analysis of learning engagement and performance metrics
- Coordinate translations of training materials across multiple languages and stakeholders in collaboration with translation agencies and regional teams
- Manage technical requests and troubleshoot issues raised by regional teams in direct collaboration with the learning app provider
- Support ongoing digital learning projects and contribute to continuous improvement of the training ecosystem
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or accredited business school
- Eligible to sign an internship agreement through your institution
- Valid student NIE (Foreigner Identification Number) if EU citizen, or valid work permit if non-EU citizen
- Experience in digital training design in a similar business sector within an international environment
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Knowledge of innovative digital learning methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and presentation tools (Canvas, Photoshop, etc.)
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level experience in digital training design within the luxury, fashion, or similar international business environment is preferred; foundational experience with digital learning platforms is valued.
Education
Currently enrolled in a university or accredited business school program; degree in communications, instructional design, business, marketing, or related field is preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 800 to EUR 900 per month.
