Role & Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of client advisors to achieve individual, departmental and store sales targets, modeling selling behaviour and providing in-the-moment feedback.
• Set and review individual and team goals and KPIs, conducting regular performance conversations and ensuring succession planning and talent development.
• Manage the client experience by directing customer flow, ensuring attentive service, and optimising data capture to grow and maintain the customer database.
• Drive sales and category performance for the assigned department through analysis of results, targeted action plans and by increasing the team's technical product knowledge.
• Act as store lead in the absence of senior management — opening and closing the store, resolving complex client situations and escalating when required.
• Oversee inventory control and stock management, ensuring compliance with company policies, standards and operational procedures.
• Communicate brand messages, regional directives and market feedback to the team and share customer and category insights with the regional organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of retail leadership experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion brands.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams to commercial success with demonstrable coaching and people-development experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, sales forecasting and category performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset and a passion for exceeding client expectations.
• Agile, creative problem-solver with a keen interest in fashion, art and culture and a commitment to high service standards.

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion, with a track record of leading sales teams and delivering category growth.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
