Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to drive and deliver business goals, creating a positive, enjoyable work environment fostering cooperation and excellence
  • Define individual and team goals and targets, regularly reviewing, managing, and coaching performance against expectations
  • Provide regular qualitative feedback to the team, coaching in the moment to achieve maximum impact
  • Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with the Store Manager/Director, securing succession plans
  • Lead from the front, role-modelling sales excellence and supporting the team in developing their KPIs
  • Support and develop the team in building lasting client relationships leveraging all available resources and tools
  • Communicate with passion and inspire the team on company messages and information during morning briefings, training, and one-to-one meetings
  • Provide support and guidance to new joiners to ensure their onboarding is fully completed and integration is positive
  • Manage customer flow to ensure each client receives the appropriate level of service and recognition
  • Cultivate a client-centric mindset to consistently deliver the highest level of client experience
  • Develop the customer database through optimizing data capture rate and integrity
  • Drive sales for the assigned product category, analysing performance and creating actions to improve and grow
  • Grow the team's technical knowledge of the product category to increase KPI performance in sales, cross-selling, and UPT
  • Share feedback with the regional team on category performance, customer insights, and market trends
  • Lead the store in the absence of more senior management, including opening and closing procedures and escalation of difficult client situations
  • Maintain thorough understanding of policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring communication and implementation
  • Maintain inventory and oversee inventory management responsibilities
