LOEWE seeks a Department Manager in Cabazon, California to lead sales teams and drive performance in luxury retail. Full-time position with $80,000–$90,000 annual salary.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to drive and deliver business goals whilst creating a positive, enjoyable work environment that fosters cooperation and excellence
  • Define individual and team goals and targets, regularly reviewing, managing, and coaching performance against expectations
  • Provide regular and qualitative feedback to the team, coaching in the moment to achieve maximum impact
  • Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with the Store Manager/Director, securing succession plans
  • Lead from the front through role modelling best sales practices and supporting the team in developing their KPIs
  • Support and develop the team in building long-lasting client relationships, leveraging all available resources and tools
  • Communicate with passion and inspire the team on company messages and information during morning briefings, training, and one-to-one meetings
  • Provide support and guidance to new joiners to ensure their onboarding is fully completed and integration positive
  • Manage customer flow to ensure each client receives the appropriate level of service and no client is left unattended
  • Cultivate a client-centric mindset to ensure the highest level of client experience
  • Develop the customer database through optimizing data capture rate and integrity
  • Focus on driving sales for an assigned product category, analyzing performance and creating actions to improve and grow results
  • Grow the team's technical knowledge of the product category to increase KPI performance (sales, cross-selling, UPT)
  • Share feedback with the regional team on performance, customer insights, and market trends of the assigned category
  • Lead the store in the absence of more senior management, including opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain thorough understanding of policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring they are communicated and implemented
  • Maintain inventory and take responsibility for inventory management
  • Perform additional duties and management responsibilities as required

Experience

Minimum 3 years of proven management experience in a luxury retail, fashion retail, or similar client-facing environment, demonstrating success in leading teams and achieving sales targets.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 90,000 per annum.
